Peninsula Boutique develops and sells Peninsula merchandise in key gateways of Asia. The Peninsula Boutique outlets, located at The Peninsula Hotels and in leading shopping malls and airports, are renowned for their finest selection of the hotel group delicacies including artisanal chocolates, premium teas and lifestyle gifts..
The Challenge
In 2018 Peninsula Boutique went through a comprehensive brand revamp that impacted the product side of the business but not so much marketing campaigns whose storytelling and connection with the brand identity were still weak and unclear. With the 2020 strategy preparation underway, it was critical for the General Manager to quickly fix the issue and equip the Marketing team with the right tools.
Our Solution
After conducting an internal audit we built and facilitated a co-creation workshop with Product, Marketing and Design teams. Through case study and role plays, we delivered step-by-step campaign creation guidelines and improved internal communications. From ideation to execution, participants learnt how to create marketing campaigns that are consistent, impactful and aligned with Peninsula brand positioning.
